The pool area lacked any inviting atmosphere and maintenance, making it less desirable for relaxation. Wi-Fi connection struggled, especially during the night, and the overall grounds needed more attention to improve aesthetics. The availability of credit card payments was limited to a minimum of 1000BHT, which felt inconvenient.
